- Had 143 tackles in 1989 which ranks 8th in school in single-season tackles.
- Also led team in tackles (93) in 1990.
- Led team in interceptons in 1990.
- Is 6th on all-time list for career tackles (369).
- Is 4th on all-time list for interceptions (14).
- Was the number 2 selection in the 1991 NFL Draft (Cleveland Browns). Played in 1995 and 1997 NFL Pro Bowl.
ACCOLADES
- Earned All-American & All-Pac 10 honors in 1990.
- Freshman All-American in 1987. Sophomore All-American in 88.
- Was also a Jim Thorpe Award semi-finalist in 90.
- Selected Team defensive MVP in 1990.
- Inducted into UCLA HOF in 08.
