Clark injured his achilles

Listening to the Bruin radio call and apparently Clark injured his achilles on that steal and follow up. They’re not even talking about it on the ESPN broadcast.

They said he’s in agony and went immediately to the locker room. This could be huge. No surprise that Zona has gone on a run in Clark’s absence.

I saw him do that look back like somebody clipped him. Well that’s not good before tourney time. He is important piece.

He was balling his eyes out on the bench. Say some prayers for J Rock. It looks horrible….. I pray he was wrong, but the way he was crying inconsolably I am very worried.

Smith was the Bruins' best overall player and the team went on that Final Four run after everybody else stepped up. But, losing Clark is also akin to the Bruins having to go without Jalen Hill, who was that squad's best overall defender.

From what everybody's saying, I don't think anyone expects Clark back for the postseason. Singleton, Bailey, McClendon, and Andrews will all need to play effective minutes in Clark's absence.

I don’t think UCLA can go all the way without him. He does so many things so well on defense for the Bruins. The only positive thought I have is that I also thought the Bruins were done when Tyus Edney couldn’t play in the 1995 championship game, but Cameron Dollar came in and saved the day.

Couple years back. Playing pickle ball. VERY audible pop. Painful for about a month. No Doctors. No treatment. Just sucked. No doubt it was skipping socks in loosely tied sneakers. What was John Woodens FIRST lesson? How to tie your damn sneakers. Best wishes Jalen. Hope for better news today.

hang in there fellow Bruin, and speedy recovery back to 100%. This is a special team and believe in Mick, staff, and the boyz... on to goal #2 and an opportunity to fine tune and improve for guys like Amari, Adem, Dylan, Will, Kenny, Mac, and Abramo... Let's Gooooo Get It Bruins!!!
