You cannot go wrong with carne asada. Throw in some shrimp ceviche and you are eating like a champ!

A group I used to tailgate with at Charger games (back when I went to a lot of them) would base the menu on the opponent. Playing Baltimore? Crab legs or crab cakes. BBQ when Kansas City comes to town. Grill up some fish for the Dolphins, or cook gumbo for the Saints.

And when the Raiders come to town? Jerk chicken, of course.
