Career Highlights

  • Lettered as quarterback in 1932,33,34.
  • Led Bruins to it's first Rose Bowl.
  • Went on to become a renowned Hollywood film producer.
  • Threw a 93-yard touchdown pass to Ransom Livesay versus the 1932 Oregon team. This record stood until Wayne Cook connected J.J. Stokes for a 95-yarder in the 1993 Washington game.
