Never underestimate the importance of the guy who touches the ball first.

Is it possible he plays another position in addition to long snapping?

Mr. Landherr also plays Tight End.

However, discussion tends to ONLY nucleate around his "long snapping".

It's funny I was watching (and listening) to an interview and he commented he was working on his "speed" and I thought he might be referring to his linear track speed, But a few sentences later, he was referring to his "snap speed"

I think (for our purposes) he is ONLY a long snapper.

He is the prototype size for a long snapper...linebacker size.

I know this is not a "sexy" recruit pickup -- but a pickup you don't think of until you don't have a one.

We need continuity in our special teams. Good pickup IMO

Sorry, been busy, but I've been meaning to post this in reply to your questions. Hope this helps!

(doubtful he does anything else for us, positionally...)

Interesting tidbit from this vid:
Had interest from Georgia and TAMU!
