but it appears Kelly agrees with you when it comes to ramping up recruiting…Malloe and Neu were not hired to land 3s…it appears Kelly has made a pivot to your liking

Delegate those duties away if you don't like doing it yourself, but you can't just sit there and ignore the issue and just hope it gets better.

I am pretty sure Coach Wooden only sent out as many offers as he had slots.
Maybe if you are not Coach Wooden, you should double that, and take the first ones who say yes. You should have some degree of confidence if you have been recruiting the players.
I cannot see how sending out over 8 times the number of available slots is a sign of good recruiting. It seems more like desperation to me.
