I come down in the camp that kickers are incredibly important and worth their weight in gold but I have often felt like the football culture takes them for granted and treats them as a side show and tremendously undervalues them.

What kind of NIL does it take to get one of these guys?

Go to a great school, get a great education, have fun, make a little money, perfect your craft, and give it your best effort. If I can look back in 10 years on some good wins that our team had, that would be cool too.
