If the coaches want him, I’m for it

He was a mid-level SEC QB and was over his head vs OSU but CDF and Sunseri know more than anyone what this team needs at QB. They know the offense and see the QBs play every day.

I’d hate for UCLA to waste a big chunk of NIL on another overrated QB.

He won’t get that reported 4 mill from anyone

I think he gets around 2-2.5. Someone like tech with oil money might offer him something ridiculous though.

Why is Texas Tech doing this?

I wish they would stick to basketball and leave Football to Texas and A&M. Other than TT alumns, nobody is interested in their football team.

I was frustrated we didn't land a second QB prospect

Nico would fit the bill nicely, and be a very good get for Sunseri and CDF.

I went to practice. I am rooting hard for him... but the practice I saw Aguilar had like three picks.... they weren't horrendous as they were long balls but I didn't leave feeling great. Again it was just one practice.

I can see why he had a lot of TDs and interceptions..... I would not be shocked if we pursue nico but my guess is that he ends up across town ...

I still think people significantly underestimate the value of dual threat QBs. I don’t care if you get a first down running or throwing, just get a first down.

Yep. Dual threat QBs are preferred.

I lost count of the number of times DTR made big plays with his legs when the called play broke down.

Looking more and more like UCLA has real shot here probably comes down to money.

So important. Something we couldn't do last year, for obvious reasons... we couldn't Garbers the 10 yards ...: oops, I meant garner.....

I liked DD in practice... Luke Duncan, while less mobile has come along way as well.

integrity and a desire to win...young men can have those traits.
