This is basically a trade transaction in college football and is going to be a running story throughout the whole year about which QB and team won the deal. Equivalent of the Luka/AD trade but on a smaller scale.

Two pick swaps and a 2031 protected first which only conveys if outside the top 14, if not it becomes two second round picks.
