UCLA is Last Bye

According to Joe Lunardi, Georgetown’s win in the Big East Tournament has dropped Syracuse into the First Four, which means UCLA is the last bye. An Oregon State win tonight would drop the Bruins into the First Four. Thus, although we’d normally root for Oregon State, tonight we favor Colorado. Other than Oregon State there are no more bid stealers remaining.

as of right now is an 11 seed.

So the Bruins are close. If Oregon State wins, that would be one more team that jumps them.

Am I reading right that potential exists for five PAC teams to get into NCAA tournament ?

Landing five represents a quite the incongruous twist and a taste of karma: our conference dealing out sweet revenge on the national sports media honks. They've largely minimized the conference's relative standing all year.
