He had to get permission to wear #25, since it was retired for Steve Kerr. He puts his first name on the back of the jersey as a tribute to Steve Kerr's jersey #25.

But, yeah Kriisa is a total douchebag for many reasons. The jersey though isn't one of them.

Danny Ainge, except not as good of a basketball player. He has a very punchable face.

So, it not really douche move. And I'm sure the Arizona faithful have an appreciation for it.

Kriisa's dad was a fan of Steve Kerr's when he played for the Bulls and named his son "Kerr".

(spineless) Cur Kriisa. He cost them a few possessions last night through sheer nonchalance. The Wildcats have the point guard they deserve.

Most people on Bruin Gold are unaware that Boswell and Dylan Andrews were teammates for a year at Compass Prep in Phoenix. While keeping track of Dylan (who I think is going to be very, very good) I saw a lot of their games.

Put simply Boswell is not a PG, irrespective of his skill ability. We’re all now aware of Dylan’s scoring capability, but Boswell basically froze him out. To his credit Andrews didn’t let that affect his game. He just kept playing hard … and to win.

Jamari Phillips was a UCLA lean but committed to Arizona. Some folks here saw that as a reason to question Cronin. However, those with connections were aware some Ucla recruits in Jamari’s class we’re concerned he looked too much for his shot and didn’t always share the ball.

Sometime in the future when Arizona continues to have guards like Krissa, Boswell, and potentially Phillips who often gun the ball instead of distributing it, the doubters may begin to see things differently.

Good info....did Boswell leave Centennial to leave McCain

??

I know Boswell was part of that backcourt with McCain while at Centennial. Was McCain being the main man there reason for his move to Compass Prep?

And I think Andrews was out of Windward.

Back to Compass Prep....they had a lean big man about 7 foot that ran the court like a gazelle. Super lean frame and I think he was an overseas player (Africa?) He really caught my eye with his mobility on the court, above average athleticism. I think this would have been his Sr year. Do you know what happened to him? I cant recall his name. But looked like he had pretty big upside....
