Spring Quarter instruction began on March 31st

If a student is on academic scholarship do they have to be on campus through every Fall, Winter and Spring Quarter from the first day that they actually start their scholarship? That is, is there a residency requirement? And I would assume if they are taking online courses that those would also count toward the residency. Can a quarter be skipped? Per the residency requirement, if there is one, is for three out of four quarters of an academic year?

Is Mara on campus?
