Harris in the portal

Of course not unexpected. Bazz is getting a lot of attention in the portal. I think he will do well. I wish him the best.

We needed a shooter and we are very thin we like 6 sure players if that. Hard to imagine this kid couldn't contribute something when he shot 44 percent from three the year before and according to some was a very good defensive player.

I'm not crying over it, even though it contributes to the mass exodus vibe. Half of the 12 eliminators are gone already and haven't heard a peep from BWill and Freeny. Well, at least there is playing time.

At this point I'm putting all my eggs in the "excited about Freeny" basket, 82 percent of which is because of my main man Not Sure.

The other 18 percent is because I'm desperado and depressed about Mara.

Better than 50% from 3 his junior year, and better than 40% his senior year with more responsibility. Tough kid, who can shoot with a hand in his face. That was the supposed knock on Harris. Rumor was he needed his shot set up. They ran a lot of isolation for him at LMU. Still, he was supposed to be pretty good. We never saw it.

Is that we don't often get that many assists. The Utah St game was an exception as they tried to play a match up zone and we penetrated and dished.

Having Dent instead of Andrews will help as he will make others better... I hope Mick lets him cook.
