When he re-enters the portal after next year, he will be the perfect player for Cronin to target for the class of 2026. Duke and others will be there too.

In the meantime, San Diego State is so denuded of talent, Elzie might score 18 PPG as a FR.

He might get $6 million to transfer to UCLA as a SO and do you want a guy who learned d under Brian Dutcher & staff and scored 18 PPG in college already or do you want Tajh Ariza, who plays zero d in high school (his father cusses him out if he does) and has said he is going to the NBA after one year even if he scores 2 PPG, come hell or high water, but he won't sign for less than $6 million too?

Jason, Christian & Tajh, they will all be one and done, just like Alijah and Tyran have re-classified with the plan of being one and done.

5 years after they leave college, they all might be really good NBA players or maybe good role players (a good role player can make $20 million a year) and one of them might be playing for Maccabi Tel Aviv alongside TJ Leaf for $800,000 a year, married to a nice Jewish girl who's either going to have babies or make them with her biotech startup instead of her body...

On another note, if Harrington averages 18 a game at San Diego St I will take you to dinner of your choice in LA on me... I'll arrange it so Numbers can be our waiter....

I'll say his ceiling is 13.8 points per game and more likely to be between 9 and 12.6

I bow to you if he averages 18...

At present...

Elzie really, really, really improved a lot as a shooter and scorer with Brandon out for so long.

6-7 and 205 is pretty big for a PG, and he was getting a lot of rebounds and assists still, but drilling shots from all over.

You do still have to score baskets to win games.

Even Tony Bennett got that.

That's why Brian recruited Reese and suffered when Reece got hurt.

Someone's going to have to shoot a lot or Brian could go 12-19 next season. The MWC was better than the Pac-12 for several years and it ain't leaving.

Unless it's going to join the Big 12 and SEC at some point. And maybe the Big 10.

Nevada and UNLV to the Big 10.

UCLA and USC would love those road trips (hopefully not too much and same goes with Cronin on that with his race horses) and Alford will get freaked out...

I was there on night when all the teenage girls decided to dance for one guy (but with each other, of course, they're very good girls) without much clothes on.

A couple of couples who thought this was an old school joint panicked and fled at that point and the only woman wearing a Hijab lost it while fleeing the sins without bothering to recover it.

Why would a kid who got into Harvard decide to go to SDSU….?

The answer must be because he has zero intention of graduating from there… so either he is leaving after a year or two or going pro. Unless he has improved a ton I don’t see him going to the league anytime soon…
