1. Why was he not asked about having agreed to come back to UCLA before he went to Spain with an NIL deal in place?
2. He admitted pulling himself out of games for being tired. He stated by he went 100% because of the limited time his was getting. What player has ever said that?? And yet you want to play in a fast pace system??
3. I never read any personal responsibility for getting in shape.
4. I really believe Michgan was in his ear when he left for Spain. It would have been better for all to not have indicted he was coming back and just hit the portal at the end of the season. Why did he not hit the portal immediately after the season ended?? Claiming he tried to help the team out by telling them he was leaving after the Spain trip, but he did not do it before when the portal first opened. What a crock.
5. We will never know what truly happened in that meeting with the staff when he came back. Moreover, Mara mentioned nothing about his expectations or expectations the coaching staff had for him. But he admitted asking to continue to use the practice facility despite leaving program. That was a ridiculous request. I would have had no problem if he had immediately left the program after the season due to his perceived lack of playing time. |
