Got my tickets for our game in Boulder

Honestly, as much as I love UCLA's campus, I don't think I've ever personally seen another one that's on par with CU. There's not a spot on the grounds there that isn't legitimately beautiful. Can't wait for that game, watching the Bruins win (sorry, Karl) with the Flatirons as backdrop.

UW is hard to beat

Beautiful campus, when you can see Mt. Rainer, it’s something else. I’ve hear that Boulder fun on game day.

Saw the Bruins snatch defeat from the jaws of victory there in '07. Gorgeous sunny day with the water sparkling off the water and air so clear Mt. Rainier looked like it was next door.

UW is the only campus I've seen that approaches Colorado, and it does so quite nicely. I'd say it has the most glorious game-day setting you could hope for, actually. On the whole of the campus, though, I'd still tip the hat to CU.

seeing as you have been to both UW and Boulder and find them comparable. Going to a game at Husky Stadium is one helluva experience. Pre-gaming on a boat, stunning visually. Pretty amazing.

But, my sone and wife went a game at CU this past season and they said it was very, very cool.

We love the whole CU football experience there. At times, it features some actual cold weather competition (the way college football plays out best, IMO). Players with cold hands go straight to the heart of great games, the unpredictability factor !
