LBs and CBs

excluding Muasau, those two are our weakest units. CB has been an issue for years, and it's not a good sign when your Safety, Mo Osling, is the leading tackler.

I was expecting big things from him this year the way Chip was building him up in the preseason. Really has been less than adequate, especially with all that experience.

similar to our ‘98 team . Won 20 straight with a bad defense. Cade & the offense had to put up big numbers to win. Then along came Miami & Wisconsin who could slow us down. Ouch. It was heart attack city just about every weekend. I’d love to see the D get better, but this is who we are. Play hard .

This team has to and will outscore people.

I would much rather have a Top 10 team who outscore people than one that wins 17-14. If I had to decide between the two

Missed Tackles

We miss so many tackles it’s frustrating top see. I hate it when it’s 3rd and long and we miss 2 or more tackles and they get a first down. The Utah game was the only one where we tackled good. Jon Jon and Humphreys #6 cb missed a lot of tackles. We need Eric Kendrick tacklers
