Blowing a shot at the CFB by losing an excruciatingly close game like Southern Cal's first loss to the Utes?
Or getting crushed into oblivion and physically abused like what's happening in the 4th quarter?
Bonus Question: Why the hell is Williams still in the game with under 2 minutes to go and a 3-possession deficit? He's already injured and he's now getting tagged like a pinata out there. |

…I see a SUC loss…Utes stuffed their run game and tackled…they ground the SUC D with their run game. Rising a gamer but his arm is so so, throwing a lot flutter balls… |

You must have believed the hype. I never expected 11 wins and a Heisman in the first year. Lets give the new coach a few years before we make any rash judgements. Let's see if Riley can build depth and bring in some 5 star talent on the front seven. You really need that to win playoff games. This is actually unprecedented. Carroll won 6 games his first year, Saben at Bama won 7 games his first year. |

Well, their paper tiger beat us and contended longer for CFP relevance in some rather enviable ways, I'll say that.
Some irony that until their QB was hurt near halftime yesterday, that tiger looked poised to take down the Utes too. Injuries are part of every team's journey, for sure. Kinda familiar to our own school's journey.
Go Bruins
