I am hoping to find a local Bruin fan (or two or three) to watch football and basketball games with.
I live in Corona, 5 minutes from the intersection of the 91 and 15 freeways.
I prefer to watch the game in my home, or someone else's home, rather than a sports bar. I have a big screen HD TV with a nice surround system and a couple of very comfortable recliners. I would also travel a reasonable distance to someone else's home if someone wanted to trade off.
I have watched over 95% of the UCLA basketball games since they started televising the majority of the games in the early 90's. I have not missed a UCLA-USC football game since 1980 and I started following the football team much more closely about 5 years ago.
I am looking for a fellow Bruin fan, not a Bruin critic. Someone who can at least envision a scenario where we could win it all this year. Someone who prefers to focus on all of the positive aspects regarding our team, coaches and players. Someone who likes to yell a little when Perkins breaks through the line and out into the open.
Bruin Gold is the only place I would consider posting this.
