Each pet hurts when they pass away. I'm sorry for you and your family...and in a way me, since I've seen pictures of your dog every day for years now. |

The bond between dogs and humans runs very long and deep. My son came over with his puppy last Thursday, left this morning. I still have some puncture marks from becoming too exuberant with the pup. Like children, you can rough house with them, but afterwards you have to settle them down or someone gets hurt, and it's usually me. And when you lose one, as we did our Yorkshire Terrier Chauncee after 17+ years, it's only a little less traumatic than losing one of the family. |

to lose your dog. We went through that 3 years ago and it hurt like hell. We too had our beloved Beagle for 16 years. You never forget them as they become part of your family and your very best friend. So sorry for your lose.
IF TEARS COULD BUILD A HIGHWAY AND MEMORIES A LANE I WALK RIGHT UP TO HEAVEN AND BRING YOU HOME AGAIN.

In photos at least we have a dog looks almost identical. The only difference being our little guy has a longer tail and the ears are only brown in spots.
I can't imagine what we're going to do when he's gone, and our hearts go out to you for your loss. |

You give them lots of love, and they give you everything they have with no conditions. What a pretty little dear. We lost our Ali Girl 8 years ago, and got a new little girl a year ago, but our terrific Lab Lady still tugs at our hearts. |

As a dog lover, a Bruin fan and a BG long-timer, I want you to know how much I sympathize with you and your family now that Pieper has left you. Dogs truly give us unconditional love and loyalty, and they become big parts of our lives. If life were fair, our canine pals would stay with us throughout our time on this planet. |

...to lose such a close member of your family.
I hope that as time passes by, sadness and loss will be replaced with all the good memories that you all shared with your little pal.
Hang in there-thoughts and well-wishes for you and your family. |

to lose a little girl like that.
Nothing can replace her, but if you are a little like me, you will forever have the memories of how she eagerly and joyfully shared her life with you. |

she is very fortunate to have been blessed by the company of your loving family during her 15 years.
Burying a furry loved on isn't easy - having done this myself many years ago.
As an avid dog-lover (and current owner of a chocolate lab), I wish you and your family much comfort and peace, knowing you loved her almost as much as she loved all of you back, each day.

I, too, have lost loved ones. We all go through it if we ever love another living creature. My sincerest condolences to you and your family. Now is the time to grieve, but your grief can be outweighed by your gratitude for having so much love in your life. How wonderful that we can share time with another creature and feel loved, and give love that is unconditional. You were blessed. RIP Pieper |
