  • Lettered as free safety in 1987,88,89,90.
  • Led team in tackles (93) in 1990.
  • Led team in interceptons in 1990.
  • Is 5th on all-time list for career tackles (369).
  • Is 4th on all-time list for interceptions (14).
  • Was the number 2 selection in the 1991 NFL Draft (Cleveland Browns). Played in 1995 and 1997 NFL Pro Bowl.

  • Freshman All-American in 1987. Sophomore All-American in 88.
  • Was also a Jim Thorpe Award semi-finalist in 90.
