1954 Season
- PCC Champion and Ranked #1 UPI, #2 AP
- Conference's quirky 'no-repeat' rule disallowed team to play in Rose Bowl.
- First undefeated, untied season.
- Team's 367 points led the nation. Their 4.4 points per game allowed was also best in the nation.
- Also led nation in rushing defense (allowing only 73.2 yards per game.
- Their 28 interceptions also led the nation.
- Three players (FB Bob Davenport, OT Jack Ellena and OG Jim Salsbury) earned All-American honors. Ellena garner consensus honors.
